Scope of Services & Booking Information
This website, Discover Taghazout, serves two different functions regarding the booking of services:
1. Direct Bookings (SunDesk & Ocean82)
For bookings made via the official inquiry form on this website for SunDesk and Ocean82, Magdalena Hermann acts as the direct booking manager.
- Contractual Relationship: By submitting an inquiry and paying the 20% deposit, a booking agreement is established.
- Payment Terms: A deposit of 20% is collected via Stripe (Magdalena Hermann) to secure the booking. The remaining balance of 80% is payable directly to the respective property owner on-site in Taghazout.
2. Affiliate & Third-Party Referrals
For all other services (including but not limited to Habo Surf, Amayour Surf, Dfrost, etc.) linked via external URLs:
- Intermediary Role: Magdalena Hermann/Discover Taghazout acts solely as an intermediary (affiliate). No booking contract is formed with Magdalena Hermann for these services.
- Liability: The contract, payment, and provision of services are handled exclusively by the third-party provider. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of the respective provider.
